Community Associate
The Community Associate is responsible for Marketing and selling the Tech Smart Cities (TSC) business opportunities, Social Media Marketing System, lead Generation programs and Business Development Seminars, webinars, and Webcasts in a licensed community of their choice.
The Community Associate will function as a contract representative of the community and coordinate all activities with the Community Manger in the area. The vision of the events and activities in a comunity has been determined by TSC Executive Board and in coordination with the Region and community Managers and ohter licensed member entrepreneurs, board of directors and other Community associate Licensees. All will be maintained in accordance to the Community Associate Agreement and the Strategic Community business plan of Tech Smart Cities, LLC. DBA/A Million Masters.
The Community Associate Licvensee (CAL) we seek for each community is a business LEADER, PLANNER, MENTOR , MEDIATOR and FACILITATOR. As Leader, the associate will assist in planning weekly network and other events that pertain to the community represented in the agreement. In addition the CAL will participate and present on occassion in the weekly networking and educational workshop for all participating Entrepreneurs in the community.
As a Coach, the Community Associate must have a strong sense of business and must maintain an awareness of the market needs for their specific community and suggest solutions to challenges to the Chapter Presidents.
The Income
Each Community Associate will be responsible to maintain a certain amount of personal monthly production and revenue minimums as outlined in the Associate agreement, through the presentation and promotion of the programs offered by AMM . The CAL will also receive a percent of revenues generated as is tracked by the TSC affiliate program and outlined in the CAL Licensee agreement .

Commissions may vary on certain products or services based on the profit margin of the retail price. In many cases commission percentages will be paid on the gross profit not the gross retail sale price.

Region Manager
The Region Manager is responsible for setting the direction and pace of each community's activities and will Manage the community business model as defined in Tech Smart Cities (TSC) community Business Plan and independent Region Manger Agreement.
The Region Manager will function as a community business manager guided by the vision that has been determined by the TSC Executive Board and in coordination with the chapter member entrepreneurs, chapter board of directors and other chapter associates in accordance with the Strategic Plan of Global Cities Interactive, LLC. DBA/A Million Masters.
The Region Manager we seek for each community is a LEADER, PLANNER, MENTOR , MEDIATOR and FACILITATOR. As Leader, the Region Manager presides over and sets the agenda for all community marketing meetings and board of directors meetings. In addition the Region Manager will plan and present a weekly networking and educational workshop for all participating Entrepreneurs in the community.
As Planner, the Region Manager (RM) will coordinate training classes and webinars in accordance to the corporate training schedule and work with a circuit of highly skilled and experienced speakers, mentors and trainers. In addition the RM will decide what topics make it to the meeting agenda based on the input and request from the participating board members and local entrepreneurs.
As a Mentor, the Region Manager must have a strong sense of who is qualified for other positions in their communities, with the approval of the Executive Board. The RM will be responsible for maintainng awareness of the market needs for their specific community and suggest and implement solutions to challenges.
The Income
Each Region Manager will be responsible to produce personal sales revenue through the utilization of the programs offered by TSC . The RM will receive a percent of all revenues generated through the TSC programs implemented in the RM community according to the licensee performance schedule outlined in the attachment to the licensee agreement.

The Community Manager we seek for each Community is a LEADER, PLANNER, MENTOR , MEDIATOR and FACILITATOR. As Leader, The Community Manager presides over and sets the agenda for all Region managers training and coordination meetings along with region board meetings. In addition the MA will plan and present a Monthly Networking and educational workshop for all participating Community heads and active entrepreneurs in the Region.
As Planner, The Community Manager will coordinate and schedule training classes and webinars in coordination with a circuit of professional national and local successful entrepreneurs. CP will act in accordance to the corporate training schedule and work with a circuit of highly skilled and experienced speakers, mentors and trainers. In addition the MA will coordinate topics and provide a meeting agenda calendar. CP will seek input and requests from the participating board members and local entrepreneurs for special training classes and workshops for local entrepreneurs
As a Mentor, The Community Manager Licensee (CML)must have a strong sense of who is qualified for licensee contracts in each participating community, with the approval of the TSC Executive Board. The CML must maintain awareness of the market needs for their specific Regions and suggest solutions to challenges.
The Income
Each Community Mangerwill be responsible for maintaining a minimul monthly production performance of personal sales revenue through the utilization of the programs offered by TSC in order to maintain community licensed rights . The CML will receive a percent of revenues generated through the TSC programs implemented in the CML Community as outlined in the Licensee agreement.
